Terms of Service |
This agreement is between TexasWebDesign "the company" and you "the client". The term "client" applies to the one the service is being done for or any authorized agents of the client. The client agrees to purchase these services offered by the company and agrees to the following conditions:
All services are provided by the company "as is" and without warranty. The client assumes all responsibility of any services that have been provided by the company after the final service has been completed and accepted by the client.
The client agrees to pay the total bill amount agreed on by both parties on any and all services provided by the company within 10 business days after completion and acceptance of service. A deposit of %50 of the total amount agreed on is due before any work by the company begins. The %50 deposit is subtracted from the final amount due at the completion of the company's service. If the client refuses to pay the final bill amount, after accepting the final service completion, the company will not refund or return any amount of money.
TexasWebDesign reserves the right to add or modify this agreement at any time without notice. TexasWebDesign reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at any time without reason.
